i had high hopes, but i was let down (sorry)
i picked this up because i was looking for something to put on my lips to keep them hydrated overnight. unfortunately, it just doesn’t cut it. on application, it feels very watery and any hydration doesn’t last more than a couple minutes. the vanilla scent is present but not as sweet or pleasant as other vanilla glosses/balms i’ve tried. also, i felt like this irritated my lips a little bit. i rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but i just wanted to share my experience. not sure if the formula just needs to be revisited or what. i was super sad that this didn’t meet up to the expectations because the product is great in concept, but not execution. 2 stars only because i don’t mind the packaging and applicator.
