1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING. 

The Sweepstakes is open to eligible participants who enter through the free entry method described in these Official Rules. Entrants may receive twenty (20) additional entries either by purchasing an eligible product and submitting valid proof of purchase, OR by using the free bonus-entry method described below. Both methods provide the same number of bonus entries and are subject to the same entry limits. 

2. PROMOTER 

The sponsor and promoter of this Sweepstakes is:

Hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter". 

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

The Sweepstakes will begin on November 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and will close on December 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CT (the "Promotional Period"). 

All entries must be received by the Promoter before the closing time. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible. 

The winner will be selected at random following the close of the Promotional Period on December 2, 2026. 

4. ELIGIBILITY 

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. 

The following individuals are not eligible to participate: 

• Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. 
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and members of the same household of any of the above. 
• Individuals professionally associated with the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes and their immediate family or household members. 

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. 

5. HOW TO ENTER 

Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the official competition entry page on the b.tan website during the Promotional Period. 

To receive one (1) standard entry, entrants must complete all required fields of the online Entry Form and submit their entry. 

Only complete and successfully submitted Entry Forms received during the Promotional Period will be eligible. 

Limit: One (1) standard entry per person. 

6. BONUS ENTRIES 

Entrants may receive twenty (20) additional entries by completing ONE of the following methods: 

Method A – Purchase Method 

Entrants may upload valid proof of purchase to the online Entry Form showing the purchase of at least one (1) of the following eligible products from Walmart Inc. during the Promotional Period: 

• glow your own way clear self tan gel; or 
• glow your own way next level clear self tan gel. 

The proof of purchase must clearly show the qualifying product and purchase transaction. The Promoter reserves the right to reject illegible, incomplete, altered, duplicated or otherwise invalid proof of purchase. 

Method B – Free Bonus Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary) 

Entrants who do not wish to make a purchase may receive the same twenty (20) additional entries free of charge by uploading a photo of b.tan on shelves at a Walmart store.  

Entrants must complete the required free bonus-entry request fields and submit their request before the close of the Promotional Period. 

No purchase, payment or proof of purchase is required to receive these twenty (20) additional entries. 

Both methods provide exactly twenty (20) additional entries and carry the same chances of winning. 

Only one (1) bonus-entry allocation of twenty (20) entries is permitted per person, regardless of the method used. 

Purchasing additional products or submitting multiple receipts will not result in additional bonus entries. 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all submitted proof of purchase and free bonus-entry request

7. ENTRY LIMITATIONS AND DISQUALIFICATION 

Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of twenty-one (21) entries in total, consisting of: 

• One (1) standard entry; and 
• Twenty (20) bonus entries obtained through either the purchase method or the free bonus-entry method. 

Entries submitted using automated systems, bots, scripts or other fraudulent means will be disqualified.  

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: 

• Provides false, inaccurate or misleading information. 
• Submits fraudulent, falsified or duplicated proof of purchase. 
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process. 
• Violates these Official Rules. 
• Engages in conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes. 

The Promoter's decisions regarding entry validity and eligibility will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law. 

8. PRIZE 

There will be one (1) winner. 

The winner will receive: 

• One (1) Walmart gift card valued at $1,000 USD; and 
• A selection of b.tan products of the winner's choice, with a total retail value of up to $100 USD, subject to product availability. 

The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize package is $1,100 USD. 

The Promoter will confirm the available product selection with the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute unavailable products with products of equal or greater retail value, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. 

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law. 

The Promoter will cover reasonable standard shipping costs associated with delivering the prize to the winner's valid US mailing address. 

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize. The Promoter may require the winner to complete any applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9, and may issue any required tax reporting forms in accordance with applicable law.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place on December 2, 2026, following the close of the Promotional Period. 

The Promoter will use a verifiable random selection process to select the winner. 

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

The winner selection will be final, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

11. PRIZE DELIVERY 

The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner's verified US mailing address following successful completion of the winner verification process. 

The winner must ensure that all contact and delivery information supplied is accurate and complete. 

The Promoter will not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control. 

12. PUBLICITY 

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, last initial and state of residence for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes relating to this Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

The winner may be asked to participate in additional publicity or promotional activities. Any additional participation will be subject to separate agreement. 

The Promoter may announce the winner on the b.tan website and official b.tan social media channels, including @btan.rocks. 

13. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY 

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, selecting and notifying the winner, and arranging prize delivery. 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. 

The Promoter will not use personal information collected through the Sweepstakes for unrelated marketing purposes without obtaining the appropriate consent. 

14. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND ENTRY VALIDITY 

The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not successfully received due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. 

The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the online entry page throughout the Promotional Period. 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid. 

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

16. CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT 

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the Sweepstakes where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, technical failures, security issues or other events that compromise the proper administration or fairness of the Sweepstakes. 

Any material changes will be communicated to entrants where reasonably practicable and will be made in accordance with applicable law. 

The Promoter will not use this provision to unfairly avoid awarding a prize that has been properly won. 

17. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules. 

The Promoter reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Official Rules in a reasonable manner and in accordance with applicable law. 

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and verification of entries will be final, subject to applicable law. 

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 

These Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in an entrant's state of residence.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Walmart Inc. 

Walmart Inc. is not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes or the selection of the winner or awarding of the prize. 

19. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER 

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted. 

By entering, participants release Instagram and any other applicable social media platform from responsibility for this Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

20. WINNER INFORMATION 

To request confirmation of the winner, entrants may contact the Promoter via direct message on Instagram at @btan.rocks. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotional Period. 

The Promoter may disclose the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence, subject to applicable law.
