Official Rules

1. To participate in this competition, Entrants must fill out all required fields in the Entry Form to enter the draw.
2. The draw closes on 7th of July 2023 at 11am CDT. All participants must have entered before this date to be entered into the draw.
3. This free prize draw is open to anyone excluding employees of Marque of Brands Americas LLC. (‘’The Promoters’’), or their affiliated companies, their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with this free prize draw and their immediate families.
4. This free prize draw is open to residents of the continental US only.
5. Winner will receive 1 x MineTan Master Esthetician Spray Tan Booth Kit valued at $2,816.94. There are no substitutes or cash alternatives to the prize offered.
6. 4 Runner-ups will receive any 4 MineTan Pro Spray Mist Litres in stock of their choice valued up to $211.96.
7. The winners will be notified via the Entry Email submitted in the Entry Form within 5 working days of the closing date of the free prize draw referred to above.
8. Each winner will have 30 days after the email notification to claim their prize and submit their postage address to receive the Prize via postage. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
9. The winners must submit a postage address in the contiguous US only. If a valid postal address is not provided, we reserve the right to select a new winner. We do not accept PO Box addresses.
10. The promoters will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete or illegible entries.
11. By entering this free prize draw, you are agreeing to participate in publicity about the draw and you are giving b.tan and Marque of Brands Americas LLC. the right to use, distribute and publicise your name freely in various media. The winner’s name may appear on our site, or on the b.tan social media channels.
12. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. Marque of Brands Americas LLC.’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
14. The promoters (Marque of Brands Americas LLC.) reserve the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
